The DER/DF – Department of Highways of the Federal District notified the assessment for traffic violations for identification of the offending driver, defense and appeal against points and fines.

- 7471/0, 747-1/0, 7471-0, 74710, 747-10 – Art. 218 of Law no. 9,503, of September 23, 1997, for traveling at a speed greater than the maximum permitted for the location, measured by instrument or skillful equipment, on highways, fast-traffic roads, arterial roads and other roads (III) when the speed is greater than the maximum of more than 50% (fifty percent), traffic violation of a very serious nature, punishable by a traffic ticket aggravated three times and in the amount of R$880.41 reais, immediate suspension of the right to drive and seizure of the driver’s license ;
- 6050/3, 6050-3, 605-0/3, 60503, 605-0.3, 605-03 – Art. 208 of Law no. 9,503, of September 23, 1997, for running a red light at a traffic light or a mandatory stop, a very serious infraction punishable by a fine of R$293.47 reais and seven points on the driving record ;
- 7455/0, 74550, 745-5.0, 7455-0, 745-5/0, 745-5.0, 745-50 – Art. 218, I, of Law no. 9,503, of September 23, 1997, traffic violation of a medium nature, punishable by a fine in the amount of R$ 130.16 (one hundred and thirty reais and sixteen cents) and four points in the driver’s/vehicle owner’s license record . This traffic violation involves the conversion into a warning, but for that it is necessary to formulate the defense against the assessment resulting from the AIT and also appeals if this request is eventually not accepted by the Traffic Authority;

The payment of the fine may be made with a discount until the expiration of the notice provided for in the public notice, for eighty percent of its value.
