TRANSALVADOR – Traffic Superintendence of Salvador notified the assessment for presentation of the offending driver, defense and appeal against fine and points.
The traffic violations recorded by SEMOB – TRANSALVADOR on roads in the city of Salvador/BA are, in particular, the following:
- 5819-8, 581-9.8, 58198, 5819/8, 581-98 – Art. 193 of Law no. 9,503, of September 23, 1997, for traveling with the vehicle on PASSARELAS, a very serious traffic violation punishable by a fine increased three times and in the amount of R$880.41 reais and seven points on the driver’s record;
- 5819-4, 58194, 581-9.4, 5819/4, 581-94 – Art. 193 of Law no. 9,503, of September 23, 1997, for traveling with the vehicle on CENTRAL SITE or RUNWAY DIVIDERS, a very serious traffic violation punishable by a fine increased three times and in the amount of R$880.41 reais and seven points in the medical record qualification;
- 7463-0, 746-3/0, 74630, 7463/0, 746-30 – Art. 218 of Law no. 9,503, of September 23, 1997, for traveling at a speed greater than the maximum permitted for the location, measured by instrument or skillful equipment, on highways, fast-traffic roads, arterial roads and other roads (II) when the speed is greater than the maximum of more than 20% (twenty percent) up to 50% (fifty percent), traffic violation of a serious nature punished with a traffic fine in the amount of R$195.23 reais and five points on the driving record ;
- 5819-2, 581-9.2, 58192, 5819/2, 581-92 – Art. 193 of Law no. 9,503, of September 23, 1997, for driving the vehicle on bike lanes or lanes, a traffic violation of a very serious nature, punishable by a fine increased three times and in the amount of R$880.41 reais and seven points on the driver’s license record;
- 7455-0, 745-5/0, 745-5.0, 7455/0, 745-50 – Art. 218, I, of Law no. 9,503, of September 23, 1997, for traveling at a speed greater than the maximum permitted for the location, measured by instrument or skillful equipment, on highways, fast-traffic roads, arterial roads and other roads (III) when the speed is greater than the maximum of up to 20% (twenty percent), traffic violation of a medium nature and punishable by a traffic fine of R$ 130.16 (one hundred and thirty reais and sixteen cents) and four points in the driver’s/owner’s driving record of the vehicle. This traffic violation involves the conversion into a warning, but for that it is necessary to formulate the defense against the assessment resulting from the AITand even appeals if this request is eventually not accepted by the Transit Authority;
- 5819-1, 581-9.1, 58191, 5819/1, 581-91 – Art. 193 of Law no. 9,503, of September 23, 1997, for traveling with the vehicle on SIDEWALKS or SIDEWALKS, a very serious traffic offense punishable by a fine increased three times and in the amount of R$880.41 reais and seven points on the driving record;
- 7471-0, 747-1/0, 74710, 747-10, 7471/0 – Art. 218, III, of Law no. 9,503, of September 23, 1997, for traveling at a speed greater than the maximum permitted for the location, measured by instrument or skillful equipment, on highways, fast-traffic roads, arterial roads and other roads (III) when the speed is greater than the maximum of more than 50% (fifty percent), traffic violation of a very serious nature, punishable by a traffic ticket aggravated three times and in the amount of R$880.41 reais, immediate suspension of the right to drive and seizure of the driver’s license ;
- 5819-6, 581-9.6, 58196, 5819/6, 581-96 – Art. 193 of Law no. 9,503, of September 23, 1997, for driving the vehicle over waterways, a traffic violation of a very serious nature, punishable by a fine increased three times and in the amount of R$880.41 reais and seven points on the driver’s license record.
